What we collect
If you send a party inquiry or email us about jobs or donations, we receive what you type: your name, phone, email, and event details. We use it to reply and to run your event — nothing else. We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Analytics
We use basic, aggregate analytics to see which pages get read and whether the order buttons work. No analytics are configured to identify you personally. The tool is Google Analytics 4 (the same measurement our previous site used); Google sets its own cookies for it and covers them in Google's privacy policy.
Ordering & delivery partners
“Order carryout” goes to Toast and “DoorDash delivery” goes to DoorDash. Those are their websites, their accounts, and their privacy policies — anything you enter there (payment details, addresses) is handled by them, not us.
Embeds & links
Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TapHunter, and our brother bar Nick’s Irish Pub take you to those services. If we embed a map on the contact page, Google may set its own cookies when it loads.
Cookies
This site itself doesn’t set marketing cookies. Functional state (like remembering a form you started) stays in your browser.
